Easier to read, easier to email
Lists across Arnold now scroll neatly with long notes and descriptions wrapping instead of running off the page, and the email editor opens at a roomier 900 pixels wide. The website also has a new contact form.

Email invoices with a Pay Online link
Pick an invoice email template once in Sale Settings, then click Email on any sale. Arnold sends the invoice straight away with a secure Pay Online link, so members can pay what they owe without a phone call. Silver & Gold

🎂 Birthday alerts
A gym owner suggested it, so we built it: when you log in, Arnold checks which members have a birthday today, so you can send them a birthday email or offer — like the rewards clubs do.

See which classes were used against a sale
Click Classes on any account sale to see exactly which classes were counted against it. Handy when a member on a pay-by-the-class or class-pack membership wants to check their classes.

New report: class-by-class listing
Requested by a gym owner: pick a date range and get a list of every class and its attendance, filtered by class name and instructor if you like. Find it under Reports › Classes.

New chart: accounts created over time
One gym owner suspected most new members joined in summer. The new month-by-month chart proved it — a clear spike in February and a lull in June, as you'd expect in the southern hemisphere. Now every gym can see its own seasonal pattern and plan marketing around it.
