Pricing questions
What counts as an active member?
Any member account that is open. Closed accounts (past students) are kept in Arnold for free and do not count towards your limit, so you never have to delete your history.
What happens when my gym grows past 50 active members?
Upgrade to Silver (up to 200 active members) or Gold (up to 500). Your data, timetable and settings all stay exactly as they are.
Is email included on the free plan?
No. Email and SMS come with Silver and Gold, and we set up email sending for your gym when you upgrade. On the free plan you can still print invoices with a Pay Online link, and use everything else.
Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — pay 12 months upfront and save 10%. Otherwise plans are billed monthly by direct debit.
What if Arnold isn't right for us?
Every upgrade comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you upgrade and decide within 30 days that Arnold isn't for your gym, we refund every cent.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Do you charge for importing our members or setting us up?
No. We import your existing members from CSV or Excel for free, and every new gym gets a free 30-minute onboarding session.
Can I get member apps or custom work on the free or Silver plan?
Yes — personalised member apps, website development, hosting, custom integrations or a different billing provider can all be quoted. Get in touch.
