Does Arnold track student progress, attendance, and rank advancements?
Yes — and it's all done with a single click! Every class enrolment automatically checks whether the member has a valid sale, is eligible for the class, has reached a grading threshold, has any alerts from staff, or has hit a milestone like a class count or training anniversary.

How does Arnold handle class scheduling and timetables?
When you first create your account, the Setup Wizard guides you through building your weekly timetable. Once done, it's set and forget — classes auto-generate every day. You can also add irregular one-off classes at any time.

Does Arnold support automatic billing and overdue payment reminders?
Yes. Arnold is fully integrated with Worldpay for PCI-compliant direct debiting. If a payment fails or is missed, the system generates alerts and reports automatically. We can also quote for integration with other billing providers depending on their API.

Can Arnold send emails, SMS, or app push notifications?
Emails are available on all plans including the free Starter plan. SMS messaging and app push notifications are available on Silver and Gold plans.

Can I import our existing member data?
Absolutely. We'll import your existing members from any CSV or Excel file at no extra charge. We also include a free 30-minute online onboarding session to get you up and running quickly.

Can Arnold integrate with our existing website?
Yes. You can embed your live timetable or a member sign-up page directly into your existing website. We can also build you a new site if needed — just ask for a quote.
